About the Fair Work Alliance

The Fair Work Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for the rights of hourly workers. Our mission is to promote fair labor practices, improve workplace conditions, reduce the employment of illegal aliens, and ensure that every worker is employed legally. Founded on the belief that all American hourly workers deserve dignity, respect, and a fair wage, we work at the intersection of policy advocacy, legal support, and public awareness. Through grassroots organizing, strategic campaigns, and partnerships with companies that operate legally, we push for systemic change that strengthens labor protections and holds corporations accountable. Our goals are simple but critical: to raise the pay of American hourly workers by reducing the employment of illegal aliens and ensuring that all workers are employed legally and classified properly as W2 where applicable. The government has stepped back in its traditional role of enforcing employee protections and we intend to fill in the gap. We will hold companies accountable that misclassify employees to evade taxes, evade accountability for injuries, evade accountability for unemployment, and lower wages by employing illegal aliens. Through education, policy reform, and advocacy, we are building a future where every worker is treated with the respect and fairness they deserve.
